I found out also that I'm not very interested in working on products for children .. Maybe for their parents .

That people from non profits / slow paced industries like education / social work and social movements do not really work well with start up people and they have to be contained in order to produce productive collaborations 

That as a woman you'll be pressure to work on amateur hobby projects involving education for girls 
/ anything involving feeding kids in Africa and shut out of consideration for anything more than that . Why bother with finance or electronics ? 

But in the end there are a lot of great folks out there! It's an awesome ride
