I think it would make more sense to put signs up saying "if you leave 
anything in your car, the windows will get broken and it will be stolen, 
even if it's covered up by an old shirt."

after all, there is a camera on the corner (pointed at omni) and it 
probably captures lots of car burglaries - i don't think anyone gets 
busted that way.
