[sudo-discuss] Rannette attacked someone physically for the second time

And she attacked me in the street I think she should be banned if not it
ain't a safer space. Also she has attacked two other people. Don't try to
make this about race Niki. This is I give her shade because she is
aggressive, messy, rude, violent, and transphobic
