Well yes, my name is Merry.  I have signed all my emails Merry. I was never
informed that I was actually banned from Noisebridge, so I was not lying
when asked if I have ever been banned from another Hackerspace or
collective.

I was asked to take a break from Noisebridge because there was drama
between my ex, his girlfriend and I, which happened electronically and
outside of Noisebridge.

I had not been to Noisebridge in a few months and had not actually went
there when my ex and his girlfriend decided I was not welcome at
Noisebridge due to personal drama, so I attempted to pursue mediation.
Torrie was requested by my ex as the mediator.

When I spoke with Torrie in person about this issue she seemed empathetic
of my position and understanding of the situation. She asked all three of
us (my ex, his girlfriend and I) to take a break from Noisebridge. I
believed this was a fair resolution.

A few weeks later I was informed my ex and his girlfriend were welcomed
back to Noisebridge. I was not.  I emailed Torrie with some supporting
reasons why I believed this was unfair. Torrie replied by telling me
consensus is I am not welcome at Noisebridge and I should not contact
anyone associated with Noisebridge again. No explanation.

I was informed by one of Noisebridge's co-founders that I would be welcome
back to Noisebridge after a long break.

My ex and his girlfriend were present  at the meeting and listening (same
table) the night I applied for membership on the 21st.

I have also spoken with several Sudo Room members about this situation.

I would prefer not to discuss this on the list if possible and think it is
very 'unexcellent' of Torrie to do so.
