[sudo-discuss] sudoroom needs bandsaw blade plate

i am ordering repair parts for the sudoroom bandsaw, including "bandsaw tires"
(rubber rings that ride on the rollers inside the saw so the blade doesn't fall
off anymore)

but it's still missing the "throat plate" or "table insert" which is a square
plate with a slot cut into it, and it's what holds up the material being cut.

it needs to be 1/8" thick and 1.5" square, and then we can use the bandsaw to
cut the slot into it (that's the easy part)

it looks a lot like this, except it should be made of metal ideally:

however if it's made of plastic or acrylic or something not as strong as metal,
it will have to be thicker than 1/8" (except at the edges where it has to sit
on the shelf)

can someone make this plate?  ideally out of aluminum, i think.
