Agree 100% with Jake - Dual boot is best non blocking use to make
computers available to all, which they should be as they are located in
a common area.
As they are property of GC we need to seek Almaz or other delegate's
approval for Ed's proposal as stands. If that approval is not granted
there seems to be a strong case to ask that they be removed from a
common area or GC needs to make the case for gaining exclusive rights to
the area where the computers are located.
