Ooooo yea. Great stackexchange post. Egg crate idea is a step in the right direction too, hadn’t thought about building my own reflector. Also could just spraypaint the LED end of the box white. Brightness is a key goal of mine. Collimating lenses are not a cost effective way of evening light.
