[sudo-discuss] Is there a welding hackerspace support for Revolution Books in Oakland?

I would recommend using 2 washers and a locknut to secure the bolt in 
the hinge hole rather than welding anything.  If you want a continuous 
sheet of plywood instead of 2 strips top and bottom, you could probably 
use something like 3/8" to discourage casual distruction. As for the 
political tie-in and nonstructural details you're on your own.
