[sudo-discuss] new proposal - need input

I didn't want to give my thoughts here, but I'm not sure I can attend the
meeting this evening. I actually have trauma from the last delegate's
meeting I attended, which ended with Almaz making a string of cruel
personal attacks against me because I stood up to the lies she was making
in that meeting alone - eg; that delegates had already consented to locking
the room, and that all back rent had been paid in full so they were in good
standing (current debt is >$2K - and again, as treasurer and bottomliner of
the budget I assure you we *do* need the money) - but it's more a matter of
accountability and sticking to agreements. I have not witnessed that to be
the case in my many interactions with Almaz. I could provide a list of well
over a dozen instances, not just those referenced in this thread, but have
refrained from doing so because I am one of her direct targets.

When anyone attempts to hold her accountable, they get personally attacked,
declared racist, and badmouthed extensively. It feels abusive, honestly,
and it's sad that some folks refuse to see how those who've worked directly
with Almaz are consistently condescended to, bullied, and manipulated while
others who know her tertiarily are simply lied to. I am tired of being
thrown under the bus by this individual for being responsible and
attempting to hold people to their agreements. If anyone would like to take
over my role as Sudo's board member, I'm more than ready for that at this
point.

Blocking concerns.
