@yar - i can't make a sudo mtg this wednesday, but would love to see sudo
meetings happen again! additional to do items for sudo include: confirming
one or two new, consistent delegates; fundraising (i'll send a financial
report by end of the weekend, but suffice to say we are not currently
bringing in enough to cover our expenses (roughly $2100/mo).

I'll reach out to Genesis Fire today for our annual fire extinguisher and
exit light upgrades.

Since much of our maintenance is DIY, it can be hard to demonstrate proof.
Do folks think a timeline of work done since buying the building would
suffice? If so I can work on that, too.
