[sudo-discuss] sudo owes omni $18,000

sudohumans has been a perennial source of frustration for CCL as well.
Would love to find a good alternative.

We initially went with sudohumans because it was free and open source, and
several people in Sudo were actively working on it. But the code has barely
been touched over the past 5 years.
