[sudo-discuss] IRC change updated on sudoroom.org

Would like to add that I tried to join the chat via the sudo's webpage, but
the two times I tried.. I went through two almost endless catcha cycles, to
the point that I gave up on it.

 (I am reading more about the scoop at LiberaChat's website.)
