[sudo-discuss] Proposal to run conduit to sudo fridge

I had big dreams for renovating and rearranging that whole area, so I
hate to see us spend money entrenching the status quo. But I guess
it's the most responsible thing to do since nothing is likely to
change this year. No objection from me.
