WTO: Antigua To Retaliate Against US By Suspending IP Rights Protection After years of unsuccessful negotiations between nations, the World Trade Organization Dispute Settlement Body today gave Antigua and Barbuda the right to impose sanctions against the United States for blocking online gambling.
