payment processing is handled by Stripe, and we don't store any payment data as
far as I know.  We definitely need improved awareness of whether payments are
going through or not, and I think the new version does that.

ralso we're adding the database of access cards to the system so that people's
cards to buzz the doors open are managed through this portal.  That way people
can update their own access cards.
