I don't know how our system implements "monthly payments" with Stripe, but i'm
guessing PayPal doesn't have the same API and maybe doesn't offer that - if
that's the case, then Sudoroom wouldn't be able to implement a monthly payment
through paypal.

That said, there would be nothing keeping a person from setting their
sudo-humans payments to nonexistant/0/off and just remembering to send paypal
payments every month from their end.  We haven't been reviewing people's
payment status as a condition of membership (although we do need to start doing
more to increase our monthly income) so it wouldn't break anything that way.
