Please share--we need a local Oakland person who can be in the office during the day with us, not a night time or remote person, thanks. You will be responsible for: Managing schedules and coordinating between team members Manage project milestones and responses to hitting them Creating and designing the project site and related materials Keeping and updating customer and incentives flow and collateral materials Managing project budget in partnership with project director and videographer Responsible for formal sign off on all project deliverables; this will often include coordinating input and involvement from team members Create reporting and metrics on project phases Support and participate in marketing outreach and social media.
