Right now, Sudo Mesh is simply using the wiki available at https://sudoroom.org/wiki instead of running its own website. The design elements are ad-hoc as the sudoroom.org infrastructure is developed, overhauled, etc. The font is usually sans-serif, title font being Ubuntu.
