In an effort to work toward the mission/vision of SudoKids, User:Matt and User:Raytheicecreamman are collaborating to create a stable non-profit facility with trained staff and all the necessary support to provide a safe and engaging space for young folks that will make Sudo Room more accessible to families.

- Create initial budget and projections
- Craft job descriptions for facility staff
- Find a 501(c)3 Non-profit fiscal sponsor
