[DisasterRadio] LoRa TTgo boards

Hey Sam!

Those are some awesome additions and improvements made by Libby! I remember
now that I got stuck on the ESP32 port at that SD card library. I'm happy
to test this, but it will have to wait, I just ordered 3 of those Lora TTgo
boards and they'll take ~23days to arrive :/

But honestly, looking over the changes they all look reasonable to me. I
would be happy to accept a pull request to the sudomesh esp32 branch. My
main concern would be syncing up that old branch with some of the changes
made to the main branch. I do see the routing header and cpp were added,
which is a good start.

I'm glad to see someone iterating on our work! Admittedly, I've been an
absentee maintainer of DR, but once I get those board I may revisit the
routing portion to finish some of the ideas I started a year ago.

Thanks for the inspiration!
