Okay I was probably wrong about this, sorry. He's paying 50% towards
necessary work to get existing infrastructure up to code, but sudo's
electrical needs probably count as new infrastructure so not his
responsibility. So we shouldn't count on him contributing for that.
TBD at best. We should still document the cost for him just in case.
