[sudo-discuss] giant laser for the robot

I looked it up and to put out 75 watts of laser power, we should probably 
feed in about 187 watts, or 2.5 times as much DC power in.  That means we 
need 112 watts of cooling with the liquid path.

we can put sonar sensors on the front of the laser so we can pre-focus it 
by distance while preparing works to be cut.
