Agree on creating a plan for this, including elements from meeting
minutes that we are confident we can agree on in the future (somewhere
on the "kick the can" <-> "triage according to bandwidth" continuum) and
your last suggestion of maxing out the annual donation limit might well
be the cleanest even if it takes a long time to execute.
