[sudo-discuss] New sudoroom <-> Omni Board Director Needed

Jake has accepted my nomination of him as Sudo Room's new Director. We
should have a formal consensus process on this in a Sudo Room meeting -
shall we call it for next Wednesday? Cel, could you help coordinate the
time and Jitsi/wtvr link?

Still need a finance wizard, tho :) We only have like, three expenses (Omni
rent $2K/mo, Digital Ocean and Gandi, iirc) and everything except rent is
autopay. I'll send along a quarterly financial report later today - but FYI
we are still not making enough to pay and still need to make a formal
proposal to Omni for partial rent forgiveness/work-trade for the electrical.
