[sudo-discuss] New sudoroom <-> Omni Board Director Needed

This is literally not how the ban process works. I believe it's clearly
written down in the wiki somewhere.

So Rob is now not banned but Jenny is??  If so, this is Omni not honoring
Omni's own process.
