• 4:30-5pm: wrapup & human networking sesh

event logistics

• before event (arrive at noon for setup):
  • email signup sheet & clipboard
  • set up projector & mic
  • tables - two large tall workshop tables for crimping station; small tables in entry hall for mounting & link btw two tables
  • put down painters tape for signal mapping
  • optional if we have time: set up camera for video recording
