== Women and Hacking ==
I think it's extremely important for women at a hackerspace to be tech literate, be able to code, or at least be able to learn to code. It is part of basic literacy in the society in which we live. It bothers me that the bar is constantly being lowered for women in tech. Being inclusive does not mean enforcing mediocrity for all women. We should support women who are creative and exceptional.
Be the change you want to see in the world. Stop holding other women down!
