Time is the move from the third dimension to the fourth dimension. What if we changed to a thirteen-month, 28-day calendar? This creates a perfect 13 Moons of 28 days harmonic timespace matrix. Each day is one of 20 "days" which repeats every three weeks. Furthermore, each day has a tone associated with it, which repeats on thirteen. Altogether, the alternative time system adds up to 364 days, with a "Day Out of Time" on 7/25/2014.
