=== E-Waste Disposal ===
E-Waste can be disposed of by dropping of bins at the Oakland Household Waste (HHW) center. To drop of waste, [[https://www.stopwaste.org/at-home/household-hazardous-waste/residential-hhw-drop-off-service/oakland-hhw-facility|go to their website]] and click "Schedule appointment", then select a time and certify that you meet the requirements of their program. Once complete, all you have to do is load the e-waste into bins and place them in your trunk. Drive up to their facility at 2100 East 7th Street, Oakland and follow their instructions. You'll just need to open your trunk and they'll take out the contents.
You can also drop off e-waste with the E-Waste Collective in Berkeley at their Berkeley drop-off location: 620 Page St, Berkeley, CA, 94710. Hours and contact information can be found [https://ewastecollective.org/contact/ on their website].
=== Disposing of large or bulky items ===
Information on scheduling large item pickup is available on the Oakland Recycles webpage for [https://www.oaklandrecycles.com/bulky-service/ Bulky Junk Services].
