Testing satellite dish links today

Just a reminder that those of us who are interested are meeting at 5 pm at sudo room today and heading down to lake merritt to see how far we can make a connection across the lake. We're using two satellite dishes mounted on small platforms, each equipped with an aiming device and a wifi usb adapter. Meeting tonight at sudo room! Juul, Miguel and I are about to head to Lake Merritt to test whether we can shoot a signal across the lake using donated DirectTV satellite dishes! Updates on that endeavor and more tonight at sudo :D

Seattle mesh group
