Their database is downloadable!
We need a command line app that can run on a normal gnu/linux server and
get position from wifi scan results. I haven't looked too deeply but it
looks like they don't have one.
They do have android code though. Does anyone feel like turning the
relevant bit into a java command line utility? It just needs to output
position and bonus points if it outputs an accuracy estimate for that
position as well.
Here's the code:

Hi guys,
www.natgeochasinggenius.com
Nat geo is offering a $25k grant, all we have to do is make a 1-minute film
of the gardenmesh project. Can anyone help us? We are meeting at CCL in the
Omni this Sunday afternoon around 4pm, and will edit Tuesday or Thursday.
Thank you!
-Mario
Hey,
Is there any way that we can open up POP3 or IMAP on the peoplesopen.net
mail server? I'd like to not have to check email over a web page if
possible. If it's already set up can you let me know the appropriate
incoming and outgoing hostnames?
Thanks,
Scott
Hi all,
I wanted to share a I came across on WS.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTSc2mPF4II
As someone who's pretty new to networking, this video was very helpful in
clarifying a lot of confusion I had about what is going on behind the
scenes.
It's almost 5 hours long and has a lot of valuable information. One caveat
I would give is that the first 45 minutes are so are devoted to configuring
the software and can probably be skipped.
Hope someone else finds it useful.
See you on Tuesday.
best,
Arthur
