[Mesh] How do I join the Mesh and add my own node?

Hi ya'll, I was up perusing the site and wiki and noticed there's not a clear/intuitive way to join the mesh. I understand this undertaking may be more difficult than just completing an online webform. However, we could add a page to PeoplesOpen which gives detailed instructions on how to start the process of adding a new node to the Mesh. Thoughts? -Luis
