This CN fellowship for IGF 2017 will support air travel and hotel costs only. Key data points: 1. Send an email by 11 December at 1700 UTC to coffin(a)isoc.org and buell(a)isoc.org indicating “why” as a community network manager, operator, researcher, or enabler you would like a fellowship to the IGF 2017. 2. Criteria: -You must have worked with, managed, created, researched, or enabled a community network for more than one year. We consider community radio as part of CNs. -You must not have received an ISOC fellowship to the IGF in the past. 3. There will be a strong focus on women working with CNs, CNs in Indigenous communities, CNs working with refugees, CNs working in disaster and emergency response situations.
