Our connection is terrible for livestreaming. There are two possible
solutions I can think of:
1) limiting some large portion of our available upstream to a wired
connection only. not sure this is possible (cc'ing the mesh crew),
2) we could use a portable hotspot. i believe AT&T has good 4G coverage at
Omni, so I can pay a bit more money for my smartphone bill this month and
we can use it as a hotspot.
1 Mbps x 60 seconds x 60 minutes x 3 hours = 10,800 / 8bits per byte =
1.3GB of data
Totally doable, though a backup or two would be great!

 Wow, that's pretty awful.
 Upstream is slow enough that streaming out isn't practical, unless it's
 compressed audio only.
