This is very interesting - will you let me know if you guys proceed with accessing any? Would be great for any doc stuff Noemie and I are trying to work on - and speaking of which, I'll have my documentary film proposal to the list soon. I'm also curious...do we know anything about the East Bay Broadband Consortium, and whether there is worthwhile overlap with their action plan?
