A volunteer fixed our disco ball
Our disco ball in the main Omni Commons ballroom has been broken for some time, but just after the Octavia Butler AI Women & Non-binary night we discovered that it was turned out. What a sweet moment! Thank you whichever volunteer fixed this thing. We love you!
There’s some good news coming up too, as it’s more and more clear that the SudoRoom will remain at 4799 Shattuck for some time to come… (We had a big scare and haven’t been discussing it much on this blog)
More on the official announcement later! But thank you! The SudoRoom and OmniCommons only exist through the tireless work of so many volunteers cooperating together, working together to make us stronger and better than we could be alone!
