Hi Helen,
Is the card reader making the happy noise but you're unable to open the door?
I don't see any record of your card being recognized by the system.
Are you keeping the magnetic stripe on the left? That's the only way i've seen
it work. After I return Tuesday i'll be able to help you in person if
necessary.
