[Mesh] Meeting with lawyer on becoming a non-volunteer-only organization

Hello meshers, I've just realized that it doesn't seem that anyone has emailed the list about the meeting we're having today with our lawyer, Jesse, about our legal options as far as compensating people for work they do with sudomesh. Since we've received our grant from Mozilla, there is a push to pay some people for their labor so we will be able to get more work done as far as having a larger, more reliable network across more of the East Bay. I realize this is late notice, but if anyone has questions they would like answered about this process, reply to this thread and I'll address them in the meeting, We are about to meet at 3PM in the office upstairs in the mezzanine. -L
