Hi! The idea is that those with peoplesopen.net already in their computers will go to the fast version. Otherwise you have a problem that those with peoplesopen.net remembered will go by default to slow one. And it is pretty tricky to explain to people how to change the priority of remembered networks. If you think that for current users this is not a problem to change, then yes, you can also go with fast.
