I heard recently from some organizers of
wiki-editathons in NYC that
having
a rolling "introductory training" every
30min or 1hr gets people going
as
they come in the door. You can start immediately
with new folks and tell
the next bunch "Oh, just grab coffee and in 15 minutes we'll start the
training over"
