i agree! we *do* need a better system, and i say, go for it, steve & robb:
- build it / find it
- test it
- deploy it
- switch everything over from the old cal (first archive it plz)
- train the commons wg on how to use it
- maintain it
here, i even made a blueprint of what we need, about two years ago, after
trying many things that did not work:

(and yes, i've tried getting wizards of sudoroom to help, but it's a big
undertaking)
conflicts will happen. if we had higher attendance at commons wg meetings
and more people to help track the dozens of events that happen on the
monthly in the commons, they would happen less often.
but, tbh, they don't happen often (thank you julio! <3)

We didn't see the clash because we have many calendaring systems...
Today, you can use the ballroom after 4pm when the Bahiya dance
rehearsals are done.
The Holistic Clinic is second Saturdays.

Hey Omni,
I just noticed there's a healing group doubled booked in the Disco Rm
during the same time as The East. Just confirming that The East is still in
the Disco Room today 2/11 from 4-6pm? If we're not in the Disco Room I was
wondering if we can use the Ballroom?
Also, according to the calendar there's a dance group using the Disco
Room at the same time through March. I like to confirm that we're still
able to use the Disco room. Thanks!!!!!!!
