As a celebration of music, technology, and the rich history of Oakland and the East Bay, Gracenote and Pandora have teamed to host the first ever music hackathon in Oakland! Hella Hack Oakland welcomes all music lovers, code wizards and people with big ideas to come build the next generation of music applications and technologies.
When: Sept 28th-29th, 2013, from 9am on Sat till 5pm on Sun.
Where: Pandora HQ Office, 2101 Webster Street, Oakland, California.

Theme: Build something that helps people discover, enjoy, make and share music! Web, mobile, software, hardware, it’s all fair game. Don’t forget to add a local Oakland/East Bay flair!
How to Register: Registration is free, but spaces are limited. So register with the big yellow button to the right soon to request your seat. Please note that admission is on a first-come, first-served basis with RSVP. RSVP does not guarantee admission if capacity is reached.
Prizes: Finalists will be chosen to present in a special session at the SF Music Tech Summit on Oct 1st, where one team will be chosen to receive the Grand Prize of $1000.
