[sudo-sys] Wiki user registration not working?

Sam was having trouble making a new user on our wiki. See: https://sudoroom.org/mediawiki/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&type=s… It says you don't have permission. But how are people creating accounts, then? I personally approved several new accounts last week. I don't see any recent changes to localsettings.php except for installing new extensions. Perhaps this new Wordpress integration plugin has something to do with it? http://ciarang.com/wiki/page/WPMW In the meantime I'm not sure what to tell him.
