[sudo-sys] new wordpress at https://sudoroom.org/baps/

BAPS was *this* close to paying for a wordpress.com blog ... but instead I made them a free wordpress instance on our Linode. Right now it is at: https://sudoroom.org/baps I wasn't sure of the mysql root password and didn't seem worth it to just shut down the whole thing, so it's sharing the sudoer database with $table_prefix = 'baps_' We will move it to a proper domain as soon as they get access to their registrar. Hope this is ok with everyone!
