Jake told me that we were getting a lot of bot account requests causing email notification spam. I have disabled the ConfirmAccount plugin and instead restricted new account creation on the wiki to existing users. Any existing user can go here: https://sudoroom.org/wiki/Special:CreateAccount and create an account for a new user. If you check the "use a temporary random password" then they will be prompted to set their own password on first login. -- marc/juul
