Hello! I am looking for a freelance product development engineer who has experience working with IOT, microcontrollers, and custom circuitry. Buying parts near Oakland

Hi All, I'm looking for a good selection of electronics parts (wire, relays, breadboards, soldering supplies, enclosures, etc) to take an Arduino project from prototype to something that can be moved around without falling apart. Anyhow, are there any local options for buying parts or do I have to go online? Jameco looks great but is a bit far. Maybe Fry's? Anything else closer and maybe more local? Sudouino328 PCB Design

Hi Folks, Almost done w/ PCB design. That's an ATMega328p processor and a ULN2003 for power output up to 3.5 amps out of the box. Still need to add some connectors for I2C and 12V, 5V. I usually use SAE connectors http://www.vetco.net/catalog/images/G-QD-10-2.jpg for my 12V loads but we could solder on a barrel jack, or just ship it with holes for DIY soldering of connectors. That's awesome - I'd love to see the code. That should give plenty of time to make some progress before the intro to control session begins - i have misc pin headers, etc as needed. whether we go directly from the rpi to the stepper motor driver or if we go through the MSP430 we can build a nice wiring harness and enclosure. Inner door lock not working. Let's fix it!

Hi all! Our lovely sudoor access system is currently broken. Things look okay from the server side, so it's likely a hardware issue. Granted, the whole thing is a bit janky, so I think it's finally time to upgrade to sudoor v2.
