Thanks to Marc, this is now fixed. We edited apache2/ports.conf and commented
out Listen 80
and deleted every.cat

yes I understand that
humans.sudoroom.org is a "temporary" solution and Sierk
is supposedly working on sudo-humans to make it work on modern debian, but we
hate to lose TLS on our payment portal.
is there anything i can do to fix this? or understand it better?
