Of course, I also have mixed feelings about putting pressure that doesn't also help our new neighbors who apparently are all having trouble getting basic internet & landline service for themselves too... i.e. don't just bump us up a list, but actually hire more staff or pay more overtime or whatever. idk what the best solution right now is, although the big C word did briefly form an evil presence in my mind.
