[sudo-sys] moving 2.4ghz wifi to a different SSID

at least one person (with a Mac of course) has identified a problem (that I know they're not the only one experiencing) which can be fixed by naming our 2.4ghz wifi SSIDs to something different than our 5GHz networks.
