I like this article. Nice points here the term "Digital de escalation" I am rethinking my way of learning and using technology. While I cannot live without tablets and laptops, and my electronic pencil, reintroducing paper notebooks, flashcards and print books has improved my productivity greatly. I find electronic notetaking much too ephemeral for true learning, it's also dangerous to pack all your knowledge in the same device that has your social media, LinkedIn, etc. I am experimenting with locking my iPad, having two tablets. There are settings where you can remove social media etc. as well. I use Goodnotes and Notion heavily, I know people use Obsidian. How do we use these systems effectively? Need pictures of sudoroom in action!

We need pictures of sudoroom and the people in it doing cool stuff! We're making a presentation for potential lenders who need to see how awesome sudoroom is! Presently missing pictures of people hacking raw electronics, using the laser cutter, and the wood shop and lathe! Try to upload links to pictures, rather than the pictures themselves, if you have a Google photos link for example. A new trustee will be taking over the work and proceed with the foreclosure. Mulberry Trust also wanted to let you know that they'll be adding a late fee of $283.90 to the principal since Omni didn't make a payment for April. Once the foreclosure is filed, they won't be able to accept any further payments. It's truly unfortunate that this happened but the MT did not have any other choice given the circumstances, and it does not look like there will be an assignment of the note to another individual or entity. * *Below is an email I sent you previously regarding the timeline and Omni's right to pay the debt even after foreclosure begins. Note that the longer you wait, the more legal incurred by lender Omni will have to pay. Let me know if there's any way I can help.* *----* *If they proceed as quickly as possible, they can schedule a* *foreclosure sale no sooner than 90 days after the date on which theyrecord a notice of default. Because the loan is a commercial loan, itis on a fast timeline.1. Speaking to folks at Noisebridge, but I'm thinking of starting a learning how to learn subgroup at SudoRoom. This would include topics such as: - Switching back to analog for notetaking and learning - Mixing analog notes and ebooks - doing digital detox on your laptops and phones and tablets so that they become learning devices instead of consumption devices - Creating a picture of new technologies like AI which seem to be constantly changing I'm not sure what a good time to meet for this would be... I'm guessing Tuesday? I am not sure I can come in this week though! I have job interviews.
